In 2019 we paused client work and opened our own gadget store, now Upgrade. Every slip, receipt and price list was designed in house, so we learnt exactly where a shop makes and loses money.
In 2025 we took clients again: Connect and MobileShop in Port Harcourt, with brands, content teams, spreadsheets and training built on what our own store taught us.
Everything we learnt about stock, sales, staff and money now lives in Glow, our own software for Nigerian businesses. It launches on 31 October 2026.
